Psychodynamic and Systemic Therapy

Psychoanalytic theory holds the idea that things that happen to people during childhood can contribute to the way we function as adults. Psychodynamic therapy incorporates working with issues such as personal relationships, trauma and personal struggles in day to day life by exploring unconscious processes. Psychodynamic therapy also involves working with non-verbal communication and will help you to understand and gain insight into yourself by assessing patterns in emotions, thoughts, and beliefs.

The Systemic approach seeks to address you not only on an individual level but also as people in relationships, dealing with the interactions of groups and their interactional patterns and dynamics.
