About Helena Byrne

I decided to train to become a therapist as in my experience therapy really works. I fully believe in the benefits of therapy and how it can help to improve our lives.

I am passionate about helping people to gain self knowledge and in aiding them to find out what matters to them. 

I will offer you a safe and confidential space where you will be free to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Seeking help can feel daunting at first but please be assured that our sessions will take the pace that you require and  will focus on what is important to you and what you are comfortable with. The relationship between us will be equal and one based on mutual trust and respect. Therapy is a collaborative process, during which we will work together to reach your own unique counselling goal.
